Worst mother of the year award over here! Somehow our little one got sick so this past week has been dealing with that. He got one of our colds giving him a stuffy nose and since babies breathe through their nose this was an awful week.

And there was no way we could make him start sleeping on his own because he would have to be on his back and he could not sleep on his back. Well we went to the doctor on Friday and he said to try and have him sleep in his carseat because that would position him the best for breathing.

Well...last night it worked!! Lucas is doing a lot better so I'm sure that helped but he slept on his own people! The whole night! Yes, he woke for feedings but then I would put him back (pat on my back) and he was fine! Did I constantly wake up to make sure he was breathing? Yes. But baby steps!

Ok, I need to continue to take advantage of Kevin being home now and watching Lucas but I should be back to blogging tomorrow/this week. And I do plan on posting about his nursery this week.
