These 4 months have flown by. You are growing so fast. You are now 14 lbs 3 oz (55%...double your birth weight!), 24.25 in tall (47%) and have a 16 in head (75%, you were bound to have a large noggin like mama). Your legs are super chunky and your cheeks are so squishable but everything else is pretty normal which is why you're probably of average size.
Your hair is still dark and growing but since you consistently sleep and play on your back you are balding where your head lays, sorry!
It'll grow back as soon as you start to flip over to sleep. I think you are going to have brown eyes like mama. They are so much darker than your brother's ever were and they may be brown already. You are going to be our big, brown eyed girl!
I keep forgetting to tell you that you have two birth marks. Because of their location I didn't notice them until two and three weeks but they are there. The first one is on the back side of your neck. At first it looked like a couple broken blood vessels but I knew it was more and surely enough we found out it is a hemangioma birthmark.
It will continue to grow until you're a year old but then fade away by the time you're five. The second one is harder to see because it's light and you have lots of hair. You have a "stork's kiss" on the top of your head right below your hair swirl.
You are a kicking, cooing, smiling machine! When you get super excited you let out this squeal that makes me laugh because it is so high-pitched and girly. You love laying on your back and kicking your legs while we play around you. I think you feel like you're participating. All we need to do is look at you or talk to you and you're smiling.
You love to be bounced when you're standing or when you're laying on a bed or cushion and we bounce the area around you...laughs every time! You are sleeping pretty well usually taking 4 naps a day with the occasional fiver. Normally you take two naps on the go because of our schedule and two naps in your crib with the occasional nap in my arms midday while your brother sleeps.
You go to bed between 730 and 8 pm in your crib and then we wake you up when we go to bed sometime between 10 and 11 to feed you. At this time you come to bed with us and normally sleep until 4 am. From there you start your every 2-3 hour feedings.
You are normally one happy baby but you do have some dislikes. You hate bath time. You scream like the water is burning you but I swear it isn't. As soon as we wrap you in a towel again you're happy as a clam. We need to get you in swim class soon because I do not want you to have an aversion to water.
You are still not that great being held by people other than mama and dada. You now tolerate it for a few minutes but you let everyone know when you're over it.
You chew on anything you can get your hands on. If anything touches your hands it goes right to your mouth.

You also found your thumb. I don't know yet if you will for sure be a thumb sucker but you are enjoying it for now.
You love your brother. He makes you laugh and you follow him around the room when you hear him. I hope it stays this way because Lucas is starting to grow very fond of you too.
You celebrated your first Super Bowl and the team you were rooting for won! At first you thought it was kind of boring,
then you started to get into it (kind of)
but you were all smiles when the team you were rooting for won! We root for the Patriots to support your Uncle Nick when our team isn't in it.
We love you so much sweet girl.
